Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Flow Vantage Marketing (“Flow Vantage,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information in connection with our website at flowvantagegroup.com and the advertising and marketing services we provide. Flow Vantage Marketing is a division of Flow Vantage Group and is operated by Jeremy Won as a sole proprietorship. Please read this policy carefully. By using our site or contacting us, you acknowledge the practices described here.

What we do. Flow Vantage is a done-for-you advertising agency. We build, launch, and manage paid Facebook and Instagram lead-generation campaigns on behalf of independent, licensed insurance agents who hire us. We are not an insurance company, insurance agency, or licensed insurance producer, and we do not sell, quote, or advise on insurance. We are not a lead vendor and we do not sell consumer leads.

1. Information We Collect

Agents and prospective clients. When you inquire about, apply for, or use our services, we collect the information you provide, which may include:

  • Full name and business or agency name
  • Email address and phone number
  • National Producer Number (NPN) and the states where you are licensed
  • Details about your business, goals, and advertising preferences
  • Billing information, processed by our payment provider (Stripe)

Website visitors. When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

  • IP address and approximate location (city or state level)
  • Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
  • Pages visited, time on site, and referring URL
  • Cookie identifiers and advertising or analytics pixel data

2. Consumer Information We Process for Our Clients

When we manage an agent-client’s advertising campaigns, those campaigns may collect personal information from consumers who respond to the client’s ads (for example, a name, phone number, age, and state). That information belongs to and is controlled by the agent-client. Flow Vantage accesses or processes it only to set up, operate, optimize, and report on the client’s campaigns, on the client’s behalf and under our services agreement. We do not use this consumer information for our own purposes and we do not sell it.

If you are a consumer who submitted an inquiry through an insurance agent’s advertisement, the agent you contacted is responsible for how your information is used. Please refer to that agent’s own privacy policy, or contact them directly, for questions about their use of your information.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to: provide, manage, and improve our advertising services; evaluate and onboard prospective clients; communicate with you about your account, projects, and service updates; process billing; operate and improve our website; measure the performance of our own marketing; detect fraud or abuse; and comply with applicable laws.

4. How We Share Information

Service providers. We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf, including website hosting (Vercel), authentication (Clerk), payment processing (Stripe), advertising and campaign-management platforms (such as Meta and the ad-management tools we use to run client campaigns), email delivery, and analytics providers. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

Legal requirements. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Flow Vantage, our clients, or the public.

Business transfers. If Flow Vantage is sold or transferred, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use first-party cookies to operate the website and third-party analytics and advertising technologies to measure and improve our own marketing to insurance agents. These tools may collect device identifiers, browsing behavior, and ad interaction data. You can limit cookie tracking by adjusting your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through industry tools at optout.aboutads.info or through your settings on the relevant advertising platforms. Some site features may not function properly without cookies.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information or its use for targeted advertising. Flow Vantage does not sell personal information. To exercise any applicable right, email jeremy@flowvantagegroup.com with your request. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (generally within 45 days), and we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

7. Data Retention

We retain client and prospect information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain our business relationship, comply with applicable law, and resolve disputes. Consumer information processed on behalf of a client is retained according to that client’s instructions and our services agreement. You may request deletion as described in Section 6.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our website and services are directed to businesses and insurance professionals, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
